Iman Bayazi has more than 15 years of experience in the legal industry, mainly in employment law, work permit dispute resolution, tenancy law and contract law. He is also well-regarded in matters relating to work permits. Iman’s experience comes from working at a law firm, the Swedish Enforcement Authority’s and as a labor law lawyer at Sveriges Byggindustrier. Iman speaks fluently Swedish, English and Farsi. Iman works as a lawyer within his his own founded law firm Lexia Law AB.

Beatrice Gustafsson is well experienced in capital market law, company law and GDPR. Today, Beatrice works broadly in the area of business law with both entrepreneurs and tenant-owner associations, where she has special experience in advising boards of tenant-owner associations. Furthermore, Beatrice has experience in the Nordic bond market with a particular focus on financing documentation, security structures and general corporate law. Beatrice is currently a practicing lawyer at the law firm BEA Partner AB, where she is the founder and owner.
