Can I use Kliently abroad?

Yes, you can use Kliently wherever you are as long as you have access to an internet connection that can handle video and audio. We already receive calls today from people from different parts of the world with questions regarding Swedish legislation.

What does it cost to use Kliently?

Each 15-minute video call costs SEK 395 incl. VAT. Should you need to hire one of our affiliated lawyers, you and the lawyer will jointly review your case, review the costs of continued legal assistance and then also investigate your options for legal protection through your insurance company, legal aid through the state and if you in your case are entitled to an assistant paid for entirely by the state such as a public counsel (e.g. in migration cases and cases under Care of Young Persons Act) and counsel for an injured party (in criminal cases).

Which lawyer should I choose?

At Kliently, there are several affiliated lawyers with different legal specializations that you can choose from. You can navigate among our lawyers and book the lawyer that suits you and your query / case. Are you unsure which lawyer to choose? In the Kliently app, you can also choose to answer a few questions regarding your query / case and let us recommend the most suitable lawyers for you. With Kliently, you can get help in several areas of law, regardless of where in the country you live.

Who are the lawyers?

All Kliently’s affiliated lawyers work at their own law firms, have adequate insurance for both their advice and their operations and have agreements with Kliently. You can read more about each lawyer here.

How do I cancel my video call?

You can cancel your meetings yourself in the app until the meeting starts.
You can always cancel the video call free of charge up to 24 hours before the meeting. If you cancel within less than 24 hours before the booked call or if you are absent from the video call, you will not receive a refund.

To cancel:

1. Go to Booking and click on the meeting you want to cancel.

2. Then click on “cancel” and follow the instructions.

How long is a video call?

The video call with the lawyer is 15 minutes long.

What happens if I have more questions?

If you have more questions that you want to ask the same lawyer or if you need to consult another lawyer regarding another question in another case, you can easily book a new video call with the lawyer you want to talk to. You can then either navigate among our lawyers yourself and book the lawyer that suits you and your question / case or you go to the home menu in the app, answer a few questions regarding your query / case and let us recommend the most suitable lawyers for you.

What happens if I need more help after the video call?

If, after the call, you are in need of more help and need to hire a lawyer for your case, the lawyer you spoke to can also help you further by taking your case and representing you as a legal representative or counsel. The lawyer you have chosen will then take you up as a client in their own law firm and together with you review your case, review the costs of continued legal assistance and investigate your options for legal protection through your insurance company, legal aid through the state and if you in your case has the right to a legal counsel who is paid for entirely by the state, such as a public counsel (e.g. in migration cases and cases under Care of Young Persons Act) and counsel for an injured party (in criminal cases).

How do I use Kliently?

You get started by:
Downloading the Kliently app to your smartphone through the App Store or Google Play. Log in with BankID or by e-mail. If you have not used Kliently before, you must register as a user by entering your first and last name, e-mail address and choosing a password. You can easily book a video call at a time that suits you. You can also choose which lawyer you want to talk to. Payment is by credit card or swish.

Where do I turn with any complaints?

If you are not satisfied with the advice or treatment you have received, we would like to hear your views. In the first instance, contact us directly at Kliently by sending a message to info@kliently.se.

How old must I be to use Kliently?

To use Kliently you must be 18 years or older.

What will happen during my video call with the lawyer?

When it’s time for your video call, press the ready-button and join the video call when it’s time for your meeting. During the call, you explain your question and the lawyer advises you based on your question.

In the event that your question concerns a case where you need to hire a lawyer, you can hire the lawyer you spoke to and let the lawyer help you further.

Can I upload documents for review by the lawyer

Yes. If you have any documents you want to show the lawyer during the video call, make sure you have them ready for upload on your phone. During the video call with the lawyer, you can upload them in the chat.

How often can I use Kliently?

You can use Kliently as often as you need and as long as the legal advice and assistance you need can be appropriately provided through the Kliently app.

What happens if I get disconnected from the call?

If you get disconnected from the meeting, you can always reenter the call by going to your booking and press the blue button ”Join the meeting”.
