How can I talk to a Kliently lawyer?

Getting started with Kliently is easy. Download our app to your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play. You register by entering your first and last name, your email address and choosing a password.

Once you have verified your email address, you can book a 15 minute video meeting with the lawyer of your choice based on legal area, language spoken and time availability. The video meetings are conducted within the app.

Can Kliently help me with legal documents?

Yes, whether you are a private person, a business or an entrepreneur, we offer a range of legal document templates that you can download and fill in yourself. Additionally, we provide the option to work with a lawyer who can assist you in completing the document to ensure it meets your specific needs.

Can businesses and entrepreneurs use Kliently’s services?

Yes, our services cover all the needs of businesses and entrepreneurs. We also help many solo entrepreneurs who want to get started or who are already active and have questions.

Who are the Kliently lawyers?

At Kliently, our team consists of both in-house lawyers and affiliated attorneys who operate their own law firms but also offer video consultations through our platform. Regardless of their affiliation, each lawyer you choose through the Kliently app holds a Swedish law degree, ensuring they are fully equipped to provide you with competent and reliable legal support.

What does Kliently services cost?

A video meeting with one of our lawyers is priced at SEK 395, VAT included.
If you require further legal assistance beyond the initial consultation, you and your lawyer will carefully review your case together. You will discuss and agree upon the costs for continued legal services.

Additionally, your lawyer will explore your eligibility for legal protection options, such as those available through your insurance or state-provided legal aid. They will also determine if you qualify for a public counsel. This comprehensive approach ensures you’re fully informed of all potential avenues for support and assistance.

We always offer the agreements and legal documents you can write with us at fixed prices. The cost differs depending on the document and whether you choose to write a standard document yourself or if you want to tailor it together with our lawyers. You can find the prices for the agreements directly on our website, next to each agreement.

How long are the video meetings?

The standard length for our video meetings is 15 minutes. Most legal questions are answered within this timeframe, but if your situation requires more time, you can get continued support via additional 15 or 30 minute meetings.

Is 15 minutes enough to answer a legal question?

Typically, yes. Most of the questions that are raised during our video meetings are solved within 15 minutes. If your question requires more time, you can get further support via additional 15 or 30 minute meetings. If you have a case that requires continued legal assistance, then you and your lawyer will discuss the details of the process and pre-agree on the cost.

What happens if I need more help after a video call?

Should your query require more time to address than our initial video consultation allows, your lawyer will outline the appropriate next steps for you. Depending on the complexity of your needs, you might schedule another video meeting, either 15 or 30 minutes in length, or you may find that your situation requires ongoing legal assistance.

For cases that demand extended support, your lawyer will detail the process, ensuring mutual agreement on the terms and costs of their legal representation or counsel services before moving forward.

Moreover, your lawyer will investigate potential sources of legal support on your behalf, including any benefits available through your insurance or from state-provided legal aid. This ensures you’re informed of all accessible resources.

If your lawyer is affiliated with Kliently as a consultant, they are equipped to formally take you on as a client within their own law practice.

What legal area can I get help with from Kliently?

Can I use the Kliently app abroad?

Yes, you can use the Kliently app wherever you are as long as you have access to an internet connection that can handle video and audio. We receive calls from all over the world for questions and legal errands within Swedish legislation.

Can I change lawyer?

Yes, after a first video meeting with a lawyer, if you have more questions, either on the same topic or another one, do not have to book a follow up meeting with the same lawyer, you can choose any other lawyer in our app.

Can I choose a lawyer who speaks my preferred language but does not specialize in the legal area related to my concern?

While we understand the importance of clear communication and strive to match you with a lawyer who speaks your preferred language, expertise in the relevant legal area is crucial for providing effective legal assistance. At Kliently, we endeavor to offer the best match that accommodates both language preference and legal specialization. If a direct match isn’t available, we offer alternative solutions, such as involving a legal professional with the necessary expertise and ensuring language support through translation services or multilingual team members. Our goal is to ensure you receive proficient legal advice in a language you are comfortable with, without compromising on the quality of legal expertise.

How can I share documents with my Kliently lawyer?

You can upload documents in the chat during the video meeting with your lawyer. Just make sure they are ready for upload on your phone.

How do I cancel my video meeting?

You can cancel your video meeting from the app up until the meeting starts. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you cancel within less than 24 hours or if you are absent from the video call, you will not receive a refund.

To cancel a meeting:
1. Go to Bookings and click on the meeting your want to cancel
2. Click on “Cancel” and follow the instructions
3. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the meeting, you will receive a refund within a week.

Are the legal consultations offered by Kliently confidential?

Absolutely. All consultations and legal services provided through Kliently are confidential, adhering to the highest standards of legal ethics and client privacy.

What happens if I get disconnected from the call?

If you get disconnected from the meeting, you can always re-enter the call by going to your booking in the Bookings section of the app and press the button ”Join the meeting”.

How old must I be to use the Kliently app?

To use the Kliently app you must be 18 years or older.

How do I get in touch with support?

Kliently’s support is staffed on weekdays between 8am-5pm. You can contact our support by sending an e-mail to info@kliently.se. We do our best to answer your questions within 24 hours.

Where do I turn if I have any complaints?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the advice or treatment you have received, we would like to hear about your experience. In the first instance, contact us as soon as possible by sending a message to info@kliently.se.
