Anastasia has a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) and is a lawyer at Kliently.
Anastasia Martin
Anastasia holds a Swedish law degree from Uppsala University, graduating in 2024. She is particularly focused on refugee law and human rights. In addition to her legal studies, she has also studied gender studies.
Anastasia works as appointed counsel and legal representative across nearly all areas of migration law at the national level. She also represents individuals whose cases have been submitted to and taken up for review by UN committees.
Before joining Kliently as a lawyer, Anastasia worked, among other roles, as a case officer at the Swedish Migration Agency. She also has many years of experience within the girls’ and women’s shelter movement, as well as in various support services for refugees. Anastasia has a strong interest in rights-related issues and has been published in Juridisk Publikation and on several debate platforms, including SvD Debatt and Dagens Juridik.
Anastasia is fluent in Swedish and English and has a working knowledge of Russian.
