Anastasia has a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) and is a lawyer at Kliently.

Anastasia Martin

Anastasia holds a Swedish law degree from Uppsala University, graduating in 2024. She is particularly focused on refugee law and human rights. In addition to her legal studies, she has also studied gender studies.

Anastasia works as appointed counsel and legal representative across nearly all areas of migration law at the national level. She also represents individuals whose cases have been submitted to and taken up for review by UN committees.

Before joining Kliently as a lawyer, Anastasia worked, among other roles, as a case officer at the Swedish Migration Agency. She also has many years of experience within the girls’ and women’s shelter movement, as well as in various support services for refugees. Anastasia has a strong interest in rights-related issues and has been published in Juridisk Publikation and on several debate platforms, including SvD Debatt and Dagens Juridik.

Anastasia is fluent in Swedish and English and has a working knowledge of Russian.

Aja Wadii

Aja holds a Swedish law degree from Stockholm University, graduating in 2024. She has a strong commitment to women’s rights and has volunteered for several years as a legal advisor at Fempowerments women’s shelters where she helped with legal counseling in migration law. family law and criminal law. During her studies, she worked as a legal secretary at a human rights law firm.

Atefa Jafary

Atefa holds a Swedish law degree from Stockholm University, graduating in 2023, and specializes in migration and refugee law. She most recently worked at the Swedish Migration Agency, where she handled cases concerning asylum and residence permits. She also has a strong passion for matters related to the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU) and social law.

Florita is a law student who's interning at Kliently.

Florita Telhaj

Florita is in her final semester of the law program at Stockholm University and is simultaneously completing an internship at Kliently. She has a broad interest in both public law and business law, with a particular focus on family law, employment law, contract law, financial market law, and migration law. During her internship at Kliently, she supports the firm’s lawyers in ongoing matters by drafting and preparing legal documents, primarily within family law, business law, and migration law.

In addition to Swedish and English, Florita is also fluent in Albanian and Greek.

Nadja holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and is a lawyer at Kliently.

Nadja Hatem

Nadja earned her law degree from Uppsala University in 2007 and has since primarily worked with family law matters through her own firm.

With her extensive background in human law, she has become particularly skilled in custody cases, especially international abduction cases, where her legal expertise and proficiency in Arabic have made her a sought-after family mediator. During her time as a lawyer, Nadja also served as a public defender in criminal cases and as legal counsel for crime victims.

In addition to Swedish and English, Nadja is fluent in Arabic.

Anuta Sjunghamn

Anuta earned her law degree from Uppsala University in 2007, and has since primarily worked with migration law through her own firm.

Before founding Kliently with Nadja Hatem, she worked as a lawyer with a particular focus on asylum cases. Anuta has also been widely sought after for family law disputes and criminal cases. She is highly regarded as a public counsel in asylum cases due to her expertise in legal matters concerning refugee status.
