In order to delete your account you should take the following steps
- Log in to the app of the account that you wish to delete.
- Navigate to the settings tab.
- Click the “delete account” button and confirm.
Note that this only creates a request for deletion that we use to verify that no data needed for applicable laws, such as bokföringslagen, is not deleted. Once we have processed your request we will delete your account.
Note that if you login again with BankID to verify your deletion the service will create a new account.
