Finance your case
Funding through insurance
In some disputes, part of the cost may be covered by the legal expenses protection included in your home, property or business insurance. Coverage depends on your insurance policy, the type of case and the applicable terms and conditions. We can help you understand whether legal expenses insurance may be available in your case.
Government-funded legal aid
Legal aid is government-funded support that may, in some cases, cover part of the cost of legal representation. Certain financial and legal requirements usually need to be met. We can advise you on whether legal aid may be relevant to your case.
Pay for your case in installments
At Kliently, you can often pay for your case in installments through Klarna. This can make it easier to access legal assistance when you need it without having to pay the full cost upfront. If Klarna isn’t an option, we can explore the possibility of arranging an alternative payment plan with you.

How much does the initial contact cost?
The initial assessment is free of charge. Tell us what you need help with and we’ll get back to you with information about how we can assist you. If your case requires legal advice, assistance with an agreement or legal representation, you’ll receive information about the price before proceeding.

Is VAT added to the price?
It depends, among other things, on the type of defect, how the purchase was made and the circumstances of the case. Each case is assessed individually.

Can legal expenses insurance or legal aid cover the cost?
In some cases, legal expenses insurance or government-funded legal aid may cover part of the cost. This depends on the type of case, your circumstances and the applicable terms and conditions. We can help you understand whether either option may be available in your case.
