A proof of claim should include the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Details of the bankruptcy estate the claim is directed to, including the name of the bankrupt company or individual and the district court\u2019s bankruptcy reference number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Description of the claim<\/strong>
    A detailed description of the claim, including owed amount, any interest, and how the claim arose. It’s also important to clearly specify whether it concerns a principal claim, interest, or any additional claim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Evidence and documentation<\/strong>
    Attach relevant documents supporting your claim, such as     invoices<\/a>, contracts, or promissory notes. These help the trustee assess the validity and priority of the claim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Priority status<\/strong>
    State whether the claim carries any priority under the Swedish Bankruptcy Act, for example, wage claims, which often have preferential rights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can submit a proof of claim in Sweden to the district court handling the bankruptcy case. It’s important to file the claim within the deadline set by the court. If you submit your claim too late, you risk losing your right to receive payment from the estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
